Personal Edition

The Status Reporting Tool can be licensed by an individual for use directly from our web site. This version is limited to two user accounts; one a system administrator and the other an end-user. This allows you to control all facets of reporting for yourself (the only user). Under this license, you pay nothing, but you are responsible for backing up your own data. You should print or copy your reports as the personal edition is hosted in a shared environment on our host’s system.

Named Users

The Status Reporting Tool can be licensed by the number of users maintaining their status reports. Users can belong to multiple groups and maintain personal templates. We offer price breaks for every 1000 users.

Unlimited Named Users - Now Includes Source Code

We offer a flat fee for unlimited users - the best value for organizations with more than 10,000 named users. Unlimited licenses come with the source code included and are subject to the Enterprise License.

Hosted Services

If you’d like the services for your Status Reporting to be hosted for you in a secure, robust environment, we offer several hosting plans, including shared or private, small or large capacities, with either Oracle or MySQL backends.
