Years of consulting led to the development of the Status Reporting Tool. As the consulting assignments became longer, more complex and more demanding in leadership, it became evident that an automated means of tracking and reporting expectations was necessary.
Initially, the Status Reporting Tool was an internal tool, but as our customers saw the value, they began to ask about leveraging it internally. At first, we shared the tool with our customers while under contract. Later, we began to see how the tool did more than simply report out monthly progress. Seeing the significant value in the management of a person's career led us to release the tool commercially.
Status reports aren't exactly loved by all, but we respect their place in an organization.
